With the 2021 British and Irish Lions squad named for the tour to South Africa this summer, rugby fans everywhere will be counting down the days until that first game against Japan on June 26.

Sam Simmonds and Bundee Aki were arguably the most eyebrow-raising inclusions with Billy Vunipola and Jonathan Davies notable absentee in the party.

However, how good is your memory of previous tours and the players who donned the famous red jersey?

There were 50 Lions in the squad for the 2005 trip to New Zealand, which saw the visitors duly thrashed 3-0 by the imperious All Blacks on a tour beset by problems.

But can you name all of them, including the replacements in the squad?
